She shared the video with her 11,500 followers explaining how to avoid airlines losing your luggage.
Colleen started by pointing out the best way to avoid lost bags in the first place.
She said: “Number 1 – put AirTags in your luggage. I didn’t do that this summer, so I couldn’t follow it myself.
“It’s really important. Don’t rely on the airline itself to track your luggage.”
She wants to discuss an easy way to find lost luggage after a flight: “Go straight to the baggage counter, which is right next to this airline’s baggage carousel.
“You want to get in line first. That’s kind of the only way they do it.”
Colleen stressed the importance of quickly resolving any issues, particularly any paperwork that airlines may need.
She stressed: “Do not leave the airport before you have completed the form that you are asked to fill out.”
