An anti-aging expert has revealed the three foods she and her mum swear by to keep skin looking radiant and wrinkle-free.

Ava said: “Three foods my mom eats every day for Jello skin.

“Fish is her favorite source of protein, she prefers to eat grilled fish, and when she eats it she makes sure to eat all parts of the fish down to the bones to get as much collagen as possible.”

Collagen has been proven to slow the aging process and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Marine collagen from fish is one of the most potent types of collagen you can consume.

She also recommended eating seaweed every day as it is rich in vitamins that help the skin.

“It contains lots of vitamins and minerals as well as vitamin B12,” she revealed.

Finally, she recommended including radishes in your diet regularly.

“Radish is an amazing detox food due to its anti-inflammatory effects Advantages” Ava explained.

You can add it to kimchi or use it mixed to make great dressings.

The clip was posted to her account @glowmitava It soon went viral with over 450,000 views and over 39,000 likes.

People were quick to ask the duo for the best recipes to incorporate the foods into their diet.

One person wrote: “More algae, got it!”

Another commented: “Sharing one of the radish dressing recipes!!”

“Soup recipe please,” wrote a third.

Meanwhile, a fourth said: “I would love some of her recipes!”

“Can you please give me the recipe for radish pasta sauce?” asked a fifth.

Ava replied, “She mixed radish, peaches, some garlic and soba sauce and used it over noodles/soba!”
