I’m an ex-flight attendant and there’s a type of passenger we really hate – it’s not parents with screaming kids

A FORMER flight attendant has revealed what kind of passenger they hate the most – and it’s not the travelers with crying babies.

Kat Kamalani worked as a flight attendant for six years and often shares her secrets about the job on her TikTok account.

She was responding to a recent video showing a woman angry at another passenger whose baby cried during the flight.

Kat told her followers, “I promise you, there’s nothing that irritates us more as flight attendants when people complain about a crying baby.”

Instead, she offered her advice on what you should and shouldn’t do.

She added: “So if you’re traveling bring noise-cancelling headphones or maybe ask the parents if they need any help.

“Don’t even ask us to be moved to another seat because I promise you no one else would want the baby to stop crying more than this parent.”

Many people agreed in the comments.

One family shared their own experience: “I had a flight attendant who said to me, ‘Let her cry, you’re not going to see those people again anyway.’ Helped me a lot.”

Another added: “I once had a lady with an infant next to me and I literally held her while the mother took a nap.”

A third said: “I was on a flight once with my young son and 4 month old daughter. My son was in a meltdown and a woman stepped forward to help me with him.”

Another flight attendant also chimed in in the comments.

One said: “I’m a flight attendant and I get really angry when passengers complain to me about the crying baby…like what should I do?”

A mother shared a video online praising the flight crew after one of them helped her with her crying baby.

She said: “Thanks to the flight attendant who gave my crying baby a plane tour. Southwest, she deserves a raise.”

But flights with screaming babies often divide opinion on the Internet.

Another woman slammed a family who took a newborn baby on the plane.

And a man called his flight “terrible” after a child screamed throughout an entire 29-hour flight.
