I’m hosting Christmas dinner & have found a creative & cheap way to dress the table – the kids will love it

From crackers to a festive runner, setting the table on December 25th can be both expensive and time-consuming.

And let’s face it, after spending hours preparing a celebratory feast, few of us have time for it.

But the good news is that there’s a quick and easy way to make the table look impressive this Christmas – and the kids are sure to love it.

Visiting the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group Facebook groups, Tra Vis shared a snap of the very creative snowman she made using two plates and cutlery.

First she used a smaller plate for the head and a larger plate for the body before adding a knife and fork for the arms.

To complete the adorable table setting, she added a napkin for a scarf and hat before completing the look with black pompoms as buttons.

She wrote, “I’m expecting the in-laws for Christmas dinner, so I thought I’d impress them with a creative and cheap way to set the table.”

The post has since garnered a whopping 2,400 likes and has been inundated with comments online, many praising Tra’s work.
