ONE age-defying woman has revealed how she maintains her enviable figure at 60.
Fiona Lambert (@fionalambertofficial) has four golden rules that have kept her from reaching midlife and looking years younger.
In regular workout posts on TikTok, she encourages women to stay active and eat nutritious.
The sports enthusiast took to the social media platform to reveal the biggest secrets behind her timeless looks.
Fiona said: “I do two one-hour sessions with my personal trainer and I do four 15-minute HIIT sessions [high-intensity interval training] sessions at home.
“The big secret is that it’s only three hours.


“I’m still awake for 109 hours and drink two liters of water during these hours.
“I walk 10,000 steps a day and make sure I eat a diet high in lean protein and low in carbohydrates.
“All of these things make the biggest difference.”
Fiona beamed as she explained why at 60 she was seriously interested in a healthy lifestyle.
