As a first tip, Mei recommended buying dresses with empire waists.

She explained that the dress cut “will give you some support.”

The fashion expert also advised her followers to make the most of bralettes if they want to switch from bras.

“Bralettes are a great cessation tool,” Mei informed her audience.

Next, the TikToker suggested investing in lined dresses and tops.

She explained, “Look for fabrics with an inner lining to hide the nipples.”

Likewise, Mei stressed the importance of dressing in heavier fabrics for her latest fashion hack.

“Stiff and thick fabrics like linen are wonderful for support,” she concluded.

Mei pointed out that thicker textured fabric also ensures your nipples aren’t visible.

The fashion expert also used her video to clear up a common misconception that it’s not a bra.

“MYTH: If you go braless, you’re going to sag. A 15-year study completed in 2013 proved that’s not the case!” Mei wrote in the clip’s caption.
