I’m on a ‘lazy girl’ weight loss – my day of meals includes a ‘Hot Cheeto bagel’ and my favorite 15-minute dinner

You don’t have to be a master chef to prepare delicious, healthy meals.
A content creator showed her followers her popular “Lazy Girl” weight loss meals.
In her VideoTikTok user Becky (@glowupwithbecky) told viewers, “Here are the easy and delicious lazy meals I ate today in a 1600 calorie deficit.”
The TikToker added: “[They] were so good I had to dance the whole time.
First, Becky showed her followers what she usually eats for breakfast.
“I had some biscuits, egg whites, and some bell pepper and onion mix,” she said.


Becky explained, “This breakfast is so good, it’s only 240 calories and a decent amount of protein.”
For lunch, she enjoyed a post-workout sandwich, a cucumber bagel with a side of Hot Cheetos, that was 340 calories.
“It’s such a good combo, something about the pickles and the spicy Hot Cheetos, it makes for the best crunch, it’s so good,” she said.
For dinner, Becky ate a balanced meal of corn, rice, ground beef, and broccoli.
“This is one of my favorite foods ever, it’s so damn good,” she said.
Becky added, “The calories are a little higher, the fat is a little higher, but it’s so good and easy, it literally takes me 15 minutes to prep, I eat it every day.”
Between meals, she also enjoyed healthy snacks like a protein bar and a shake.
