I’m pregnant and transformed a cluttered office into the nursery I always dreamed of – it’s my new favorite room

A PREGNANT woman used her enthusiasm to build her dream nursery out of a dreary office.

The most impressive part is that she did it all just a month before her due date.

When home styling expert and DIY enthusiast Katelyn Fazzo (@makeityourhomeWhen she realized she was only a few weeks away from having her child, she knew it was time to get down to work at the daycare.

In a tik tok Videoshe revealed how she turned a dark office into a bright baby room just in time.

“POV: You’re eight months pregnant and have exactly one month to turn this room into the nursery you’ve always dreamed of,” she began.

Not only wasn’t the room aesthetically pleasing — with its black patterned wall, masculine wall art, office chairs, and leather couch — it was also full of junk.

Hundreds of folders and papers were scattered on the floor, old water jugs and sports equipment were lying around.

After cleaning everything up, Katelyn got to work on priming the dark walls.

“I found the most beautiful blue-grey color,” she said, and began to paint.

She then gave the walls an extra accent.

“I add crown molding to the wall because what newborn doesn’t love box molding,” she said, installing panels and crown molding.

The ceiling was perhaps the most interesting part of the room as it featured wallpaper with small birds painted on it.

“Now for the finishing touches,” she said, hanging straw baskets filled with stuffed animals, wooden shelves with books and decorations, and thick curtains on a brass rod to match the crib.

The end product was straight out of a magazine, with a breezy gray rug tying it all together.

“This might be my new favorite room in the house,” she gushed in the caption.

The spectators were also impressed by her talent.

“Are you kidding me?!?! This has to be my favorite preschool ever,” one praised.

“The birds on the ceiling! That’s so cute,” echoed another.
