I’m sick of parents calling boys bad names – they’re not beautiful, they all sound like forklift drivers

ONE WOMAN shared her frustration with the crazy names parents give their sons compared to the pretty “princess” names they give their daughters.

TikToker @fazolibreadstick took to social media to share her comedic tirade with her followers.

The influencer joked that she needs someone to explain why people choose such tricky names for girls but terrible names for boys.

She said: “I demand an explanation as to why baby names are so bad for boys.

“The way I have to restrain myself from calling CPS when I’m meeting a family and you’re like, ‘This is our daughter Violet Rose and our son Gunner.’

“What did the child do to you?

“This is my daughter, she is a French princess. This is my son, he’s a war criminal.

“It’s like realizing the baby is born a baby, isn’t it? Like no forklift driver?

“It’s like you’re all expecting the baby to come out, and then instead of the placenta there’s just a can of chewing gum.

“I don’t understand why boys can’t have nice names too.

“Better yet, let’s find some androgynous baby names.

“I just imagine some of you guys on the playground going, ‘Cordelia, Grace, Elizabeth-Rose in the car. Where is your brother? Tonka truck! I told you!”

People were quick to comment on the funny video which quickly amassed more than £20,000 likes.

One person said, “I want to know why so many Americans are named after objects like Chip, Brick, etc.”

Another said: “I’ve always wanted a baby girl because boy names suck, got pregnant and I’m having a boy… His name is Jack. The best we could do.”
