But the lingerie model, size 28, sometimes faces backlash from haters who try to physically shame her.

The 34-year-old from New York says: “Occasionally people stare at me and I like to think that while sometimes it might be a malicious look, that’s not always the case.”

“I try to think about how often I find myself staring at someone’s bag, shoes or outfit—they might be doing the same thing to me.

“I try to keep a positive and open mind. Recently I was inundated with quite a few bad comments on the “30 Second Trailer” trendreel I shared.

“As well as a certain bathing suit that people think I shouldn’t be wearing.

“I honestly don’t put much stock in comments or stares that come from a place that’s negative. This is what they want to create even more negativity.

“Often these comments come from a place of internalized hate projected onto people who don’t fit into their box.”

Leah previously shared her biggest tip for boosting body awareness in curvy women.

The social media star (@voluptuousleah) said, “I think it has to do with how I take negativity, I don’t allow it.”

“For me, it doesn’t mean living rent-free. We’re not all supposed to look the same, our bodies are supposed to change and I think the most important thing is to maintain a relationship with your body.

“Put size aside and think about what your body is doing for you and what you are making it do.

“I have a process that I personally share with followers, friends and family to help them express a little bit of their confidence.

“One of my all-time favorite tips is general and simple: undress.

“I sleep naked every night. Get to know your body, watch it move in the mirror and own it.”
