A COLLEGE student has shared her fall collection for back to school, including mini skirts for girls who are slightly taller.
She said she usually has a hard time finding mini skirts that fit her, but shared with her followers a clever fashion trick that made sure the skirts she bought fitted.
Sophie (@sophierosejm) shared the shopping spree with over 500,000 TikTok followers.
“I bought a lot of miniskirts because I want to start wearing skirts instead of shorts in sorority and bars,” she said.
“I have a hard time finding mini skirts because I’m so freaking tall, but this is so cute,” she said, holding one up Low waist blue denim skirt$36.
The trick, she explained, is to go up a size so that it has enough length to cover your butt.
“I feel like it kind of works,” she said.
Next was a flared white denim skirt she bought for a music festival.
“That’s an instant yes, it fits so well,” she said, delighted with her genius sizing trick.

Moving on to other clothing items, she tried on a black tank top from Amazon, which she was less than thrilled with.
Her disappointment was allayed moments later when she tried on a $9 night out halter top that she liked.
“For nine dollars? Say less,” she joked.
For the cooler fall weather, she’s also stocked up on some colorful crew neck and zip hoodies to wear to class.
