I’m trolled for boasting about my 75-lb weight loss – I don’t care, I was criticized when I was overweight too

WEIGHT LOSS isn’t the easiest path and one woman has revealed how she was trolled about her own.

After losing 35 pounds and taking criticism, she said it’s not much different than when she was bullied before the change.

Caroline Mabeus (@carolinemabeus) filmed herself in her current state in a Video on tik tok.

“We get it, you’ve lost almost 75 pounds. Who cares?” Read the text and repeat the troll comments about her weight loss.

Next, she shared a clip of herself before the major lifestyle change.

“She does,” she added, referring to herself. “She wanted it so badly and I’m so proud.”

Caroline explained in the video’s caption why the comments aren’t reaching her as quickly.

“When you’re overweight people have something to say, but when you lose it they still have negative things to say.

“But it doesn’t reflect you, friends. Become the happiest version of you and tell them to kick rocks,” she added.

The video attracted many viewers who shared their opinions in the comments section.

“I can’t believe people are saying ‘Who cares?’ This is an absolute dedicated effort and requires a lot of patience,” one wrote. “Good for you.”

“She’s proud of herself,” added another viewer. “That is allowed.”

“For some people, quitting an eating habit can be just as difficult as quitting any substance, and everyone is different. Good job,” commented a third.

“I’m under 18 and I feel like a new person,” chimed in another.

“Good for you, girl,” said another. “You should demonstrate your success in losing weight and staying healthy.”

The video was created as part of a social media trend of people celebrating and sharing their weight loss successes.
