Impossible movies until he’s 80

“Harrison Ford is a legend; I hope I’m still there. I’ve got 20 years to keep up with him,” says Tom Cruise, comparing the longevity of the Indiana Jones series to his “Mission: Impossible” films.
Looks like “Tom Cruise” Ethan Hunt isn’t going anywhere anytime soon!
In conversation with The Sydney Morning Herald at the Australian premiere of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part OneCruise announced that he wants to continue the legacy of the action franchise in the same way Harrison Ford did with Indiana Jones.
“Harrison Ford is a legend; I hope I’m still there. I have 20 years to keep up with him,” he said Top Gun: Maverick actor noticed. “I hope I can keep doing it Impossible Mission Movies until I’m his age.

Ford recently reprized his role as the title character in the film Indiana Jones franchise, which had returned at the age of 80 after almost 42 years since the first film, Hunter of the lost treasure come to the cinemas.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny was released on June 30th and is the last part of the series, at least for Ford.
The latest from Cruise Impossible Mission The part, meanwhile, is coming just for his 61st birthday. According to the film’s co-writer and director Christopher McQuairrie, Hunt’s adventures have only just begun Impossible Mission Universe.

Paramounts Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One comes to the cinemas on July 12th and plays along Hayley Atwellpom klementieff, Rebecca Ferguson, Esai Morales, Ving Rhames, Simon PeggAnd Angela Basset.
Second part Release is currently scheduled for June 28, 2024.
