Inside Alexis Sanchez’s amazing £750,000 fleet of supercars including monster £160k Bentley and £130k Audi he crashed

ALEXIS SANCHEZ had a less than pleasant end to his Premier League career with Manchester United.
However, this didn’t stop the Chilean from earning a tidy sum from his time at the club thanks to his £350,000-a-week contract.
Adding his three and a half years at Arsenal to his time at Barcelona, Inter Milan and Marseille, Sanchez has earned well over £115 million over the course of his football career.
And Sanchez has spared no expense on some of the finer things in life.
The loves of his life, a company of four dogs, including two golden retrievers named Atom and Humber, enjoy a lavish life with the striker.
But Sanchez’s luxury isn’t everything, as evidenced by a fleet of supercars worth over £750,000.
Not to mention the other forms of transportation available to Sanchez, including chartering a private jet.
However, Sanchez is anything but a saint on the streets.
He was once banned from driving in his home country of Chile after he was caught speeding 156 km/h in a 120 mph zone just outside the capital Santiago.
SunSport has taken a look at Sanchez’s supercar garage.
Bentley Bentayga Black Edition – £160,000+
In 2019, Sanchez decided to add an SUV to his collection.
Similar to his former teammate David de Gea, who has an impressive car collection of his own, Sanchez added a luxury SUV to his collection.
But unlike his former club-mates Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku, who spent £250,000 on a Rolls Royce Wraith, Sanchez opted for a Bentley Bentayga.
The monster Bentley, which can go from 0 to 60mph in just four seconds, could net players a profit of between £156,000 and £259,000.
Equipped with a V8 engine that was last used in Formula 1 cars in 2013, this five-door all-wheel drive has a top speed of 290 km/h.
The Black Edition that Sanchez chose was slightly better in terms of both performance and design.
Mansory, a luxury car modification company from Germany, added some of their unique flair to the mix on the wheels and diamond polished rim surface.
Additionally, the Mansory redesign gave the car a performance boost, with an additional top speed of 10 mph and increased torque.
Bentley Continental GT – £186,000
The Bentayga isn’t the only Bentley in Sanchez’s collection.
He also owns a Continental GT, another Bentley beast in its own right.
Like the Bentayga, the GT also has a V8 engine.
However, the GT has more power than its sister car and can therefore reach a higher speed of 310 km/h.
It can also accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds.
The price of the GT is also more than comparable and is estimated to be between £186,000 and £273,000.
Range Rover Sport – £84,000
In keeping with the theme of British cars, Sanchez also has a Range Rover Sport on offer.
The car is much slower off the line than the aforementioned Bentleys, taking 6.6 seconds to reach 60 mph.
With a top speed of 135 miles per hour, it’s also a lot slower – not that Range Rovers are usually designed for speed.
Range Rover has priced this model at £84,000, but that didn’t stop Sanchez’s engine from suffering some bumps and bruises in 2018.
After a meal at a restaurant, Sanchez returned to his car and discovered that his front wing was scratched – minor damage overall, but still costly to repair.
Two weeks later the bad luck continued when Sanchez was fined by a traffic warden for parking his car on double yellow lines outside another restaurant in Wilmslow.
Audi R8 – £135,000+
Speaking of damage, Sanchez was lucky not to die in a car accident while he was still in Barcelona.
Sanchez was driving his Audi in the early hours of the morning after Barcelona won the 2013 Copa Catalunya final against Espanyol.
But at 2:30 a.m., Sanchez crashed into the central guardrail on a highway near the city center.
In the incident, Sanchez got into trouble with the law after he left his broken-down car on the road without notifying police.
Sanchez was picked up by an unnamed teammate after the accident.
Local press shared images of the stunning incident and described Sanchez’s avoidance of injury as a “miracle”.
Lamborghini Huracan – £200,000
Lamborghini’s prowess in producing supercars is rivaled by few, so it would make sense that Sanchez acquired one during a trip to Miami in 2016.
The Italian-made car is one of the fastest ever built, accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds.
It’s also capable of reaching speeds of up to 201 miles per hour – not that it would be able to reach such heights due to Miami’s speed limit laws, which set highways at 70 miles per hour.
It’s common practice to grab a rental car when traveling to another country and that was probably the case for the then Arsenal star.
However, such an activity is expensive, with renters charging between £483 and £2,421 per day depending on the model.
The Huracan can retail for between £164,000 and well over £200,000, depending on the model.
Planes, trains and automobiles
Sanchez has also been seen enjoying trips in luxury private jets, yachts and helicopters.
He was spotted on a yacht with his dogs, while he also took his ex-girlfriend Mayte Rodriguez on a romantic helicopter ride that landed on a private stretch of beach in South America.
