Inside bargain bungalow that costs just £82k, but there’s a huge catch

A CHEAP bungalow has hit the market for just £82k, but there’s a very compelling product.
A one-story house in Polmont, near Falkirk, is for sale in a popular neighborhood.
The home on Harvey Avenue has three spacious bedrooms and a large living room.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with plenty of storage space.
And there is a large driveway and rear garden for any owner to park their motorbike or enjoy the summer sun.
But the bargain price tag of the bungalow can be explained – that is the definition of an upper permanent.
Dealer at Scottish Auction House says the property needs “repair and modernization”.
There is furniture scattered throughout the house, including couches, drawers and tables.
Various appliances such as TVs and vacuum cleaners have all been dumped and are still in the house.
The floor was full of marks and the walls were left blank after the wallpaper had come off.
And the biggest things that will be on any new owner’s to-do list are the huge ERRORs in the ceiling.
The image shows insulation falling through a hole in the kitchen ceiling.
And a large hole was left in the ceiling of the hallway.
The bungalow will be up for auction next week on June 20 at 2pm.
