Viking Bay in Kent also tops TripAdvisor’s list of seaside attractions with a whopping 4.5 out of five stars.
One of the nearly 1000 reviewers wrote: ‘This is hands down my favorite part of the Kent coast.
“The beach is big, sandy and clean. People just seem happy.”
Another praised it, writing: “The whole place just exudes class.
“Apart from the very clean golden sand beach, the place is well organized and has some interesting features like the bandstand, gentle cliff walk and even a working cliff lift.”
And after a recent visit, a Kent Online The reporter said, “It felt like I was on vacation in a Mediterranean country.”
