THERE are many reasons why Mallorca remains one of the most popular holiday hotspots for Britons.

A visit to Mallorca is not complete without a cheeky poolside cocktail.

If you’re in the mood for some culture, then you’ll find it in abundance in the capital, Palma de Mallorca.

In addition to bars and restaurants, it also houses the Catedral de Mallorca, remodeled by the famous architect Gaudi more than 100 years ago.

Adventure seekers will also find plenty of activities on the Spanish island.

You can opt for a boat trip where you can have a drink, snorkel and paddle on a private yacht, or test your nerve with quad bike tours, cliff jumping and jet ski excursions.
