I will be happy Wednesday to speak to students at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. What will I tell them? The best way for the next generation of public service leaders to reciprocate is to reduce the artificial value of their expensive college degrees. It’s time to shake off the myth that a prestigious degree is the only key to the American dream.

President Biden’s move to cancel federal student loan debt shows the breakdown of the higher education system. It would make already crippling levels of inflation even worse, increasing the cost of college and the debt burden for future generations.
