Is Grindr down? Thousands complain as they’re unable to log into popular dating app

The DATING app Grindr is unavailable to users around the world due to an apparent outage.
Thousands of users started complaining that they could no longer log into the gay app.
So much so that many feared they had been banned.
An increase in reports was recorded by down detector around 3pm UK time.
It’s not clear if the problem is global, but users across the UK, Europe and the US have complained of problems.
Grindr hasn’t said what caused the issue either.
