Teresa Palmer and Benjamin Walker star in the romantic drama The optional, now streaming on Netflix. It tells the love story of a charming veterinarian and a vivacious medical student. But their decade-long love affair is finally tested when their lives take an unexpected turn.
Ross Katz, who is known as a director of films Take the chance And adult beginners, directs the romance from a screenplay by Bryan Sipe. Sipe is best known for writing the screenplay for the comedy-drama film demolition with Jake Gyllenhaal.
In addition to Walker and Palmer, the cast includes Maggie Grace, Alexandra Daddario, Tom Welling, Tom Wilkinson, and many other talented actors. The film hit theaters in February 2016 and now Netflix subscribers finally have a chance to watch it.
