In her VideoTikTok user Robyn (@itsthelifeofrobyn0) told viewers she lost 30 pounds with her “lazy girl hack.”

She said, “My biggest trick for lazy girls when I don’t want to go to the gym is ankle weights.”

Robyn revealed that she carries a 2.5-pound weight “on both legs” when she walks.

“Everyone needs a pair of these in their life,” she wrote in the caption of her clip.
