Kelsey (@itsmekelsc) shared his progress in a video that has more than 100,000 followers on TikTok.

The content creator shows off her figure in a white t-shirt and jeans, pleased with herself.

“My target weight is 160 pounds,” she admits, showing off her 89 pounds loss.

However, Karens was judgmental about her goal: “Are you sure about that?” one person asked again and again.

“That’s still a bit heavy for your height,” said another.

People have taken to the comments section to share their thoughts.

Others shared that they were also satisfied with their own health journey but were broken by the opinions of others.

“I told the doctor that my target weight is 155 and he said ‘no, you need to be 130,'” one person commented.

“That seems very far away.”

Others thought she looked amazing and advised her to ignore the haters.

“Your target weight is wherever you feel best and different for everyone, love you,” says one supporter.

“Don’t let haters overshadow your sparkle! You’re amazing!” another said.
