“I’ve lost over 80 pounds, I’m in a calorie deficit again,” she said. This is what I’m getting from Costco to lose fat and build muscle.”
She stocked up on a variety of protein-rich foods, including various types of chicken.
Merika also threw some frozen fruit in the car to make a smoothie.
She recommends several snacks, including one that has only 90 calories per serving and is high in protein.
“I took some Oikos Greek yogurt and some shredded cheese,” she said. Believe it or not, each has only 90 calories and 7 grams of protein.”
She names an unexpected dish — a popular choice for those looking for a more impressive gym machine.
