James Argent looks incredible after his 13th weight loss as he poses with former Towie co-star Lucy Meckleburgh on holiday

JAMES Argent looked slimmer than ever as he came out with former Towie co-star Lucy Mecklenburgh.

The 35-year-old happily posed for photos with Lucy and her fiancé Ryan Thomas months after undergoing a tummy tuck following his massive weight loss.

Arg looked dapper, wearing a black shirt with white trousers, while Lucy and Ryan also wore white and flaunted their holiday tans.

Lucy left Towie after The Only Way Is Essexmas special in 2014.

The mother of two has starred in ten series of the reality TV show and her relationships with Mark Wright and Mario Falcone have been the focus of much Essex drama.

Arg was ruled out by Towie in 2021 after failing a drug test at the height of his battle with his weight and addiction.

Former Towie star Arg lost a whopping 13kg after gastric sleeve surgery in April 2021.

But he later told The Sun doctors warned him to slow down after he lost more than surgeons planned.

He said: “The only problem now is that I’ve lost a little too much and I need to gain half a kilo.”

“Everyone thinks it’s funny. We didn’t think we’d ever find ourselves in this situation, but I’ve got a thing or two – it’s just me!”

At his heaviest, James weighed 27kg, but since he’s dropped to 14kg he’s regularly flaunted his slim figure on social media and manages to keep the weight down.

And Arg hasn’t had a drop of alcohol since he had a terrible relapse on a night out with friends almost two years ago and paramedics were called to his home.

Now he’s swapped drunk nights for romantic dates and vacations with his stunning new girlfriend Stella Turian, and spends his days boxing, swimming and touring the country with The Arg Band.

He told The Sun: “There were times I ended up in an ambulance and I was taken to hospital and things like that. But I’m a long way from that now.”

“I think it’s important to remember how bad things were so you don’t think, ‘Oh, was it that bad?’

“Because sometimes you have to be careful. Your brain can tell you, ‘Oh, was it really that bad? Or: ‘This time it will be different, this time you can control it’.”

“Since my surgery earlier this year, I’ve been able to go on vacation with my girlfriend and mom, no longer have concerns about what I’m wearing, and no longer panic at the prospect of taking my t-shirt off.”
