Joe Jonas sings ‘Love Letter’ to Sophie Turner at Jonas Brothers concert amid divorce rumours

Joe Jonas sang an emotionally powerful love letter to his wife: game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, despite rumors their marriage of four years is on the verge of divorce.

The 34-year-old singer – who is currently touring with his pop band trio the Jonas Brothers – was filmed by fans at the group’s final stop in Austin, Texas on Sunday (September 3).

In footage circulating on social media, Jonas can be seen performing her 2019 hit “Hesitate,” which was previously described in an interview with as a “love letter” to Turner billboard.

“This hurts now,” one X/Twitter user commented, and another added, “I can’t watch this.”

Jonas’ heartfelt rendition of the ballad follows multiple media reports that he had hired a divorce lawyer and was about to file the papers.

Several concert-goers were unsure if he would perform the song, which includes the lyrics: “I’ll take your pain / And put it on my heart / I won’t hesitate / Just tell me where to start / Me thank the oceans for their giving.” Me, you / You saved me once and now I will save you too / I will not hesitate for you.

However, Jonas wears an open teal button-down shirt over a white tank top and a pair of gray khakis and sings the song while also wearing his wedding ring.

In an Instagram post uploaded earlier that day – same day TMZ published its original article claiming the couple were “heading for a divorce” — Jonas appeared to be trying to dispel divorce rumors. Wishing fans a “Happy Labor weekend” he shared a picture of him sitting by a fire pit alongside his brothers Nick and Kevin. In the photo, Jonas holds his left hand in front of his mouth and presents his wedding ring.
