Josie, 38, took to her social media to share a snap of a walk in the country while making the most of the sunny weather.

It comes as Phillip Schofield announced he was “hung out to dry” by ITV after being axed from This Morning, insiders have revealed.

The TV presenter was kicked out of the daytime show minutes after it aired on Thursday – before he was denied a chance to wave goodbye to his fans.

Phillip, 61, has been told by show boss Martin Frizzel that his contract, which ends this summer, will not be renewed.

After weeks of speculation about his future and a feud with co-host Holly Willoughby, he confirmed his departure from This Morning in a social media post yesterday.

In his lengthy statement, he thanked his “supporters” while gushed about wanting to “protect” the ITV show and those working on it.

However, insiders have now revealed that the star revealed behind the scenes that he was “hung out to dry” by Holly, 42, and ITV.

The once close relationship between the moderator couple broke up in recent weeks.

The Sun revealed earlier this week that Phillip faced the This Morning ax amid a “seismic” summer tremor.

Phillip wrote: “I’ve always prided myself on covering fascinating stories on This Morning, but lately This Morning has become a story itself.”

“Throughout my career in television – including the very difficult last few days – I have always tried my best to be honorable and kind.

“I understand that ITV has decided the current situation cannot continue and I want to do what I can to protect the show I love.”

“As a result, I have agreed to step down from This Morning, effective immediately, in the hope that the show can see a bright future.”

“I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me – especially the amazing viewers of This Morning – and see you all at the Soap Awards next month.”
