Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori are “under investigation by the Italian police” for NSFW behavior on a boat in Venice

Italian police have launched an investigation into Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori after they were caught in a compromising position while riding a canal boat in Venice.
The pair caused controversy last week when they were spotted cruising the canals, the rapper with his pants down and his wife’s head on his lap.
Kanye, 46, and Bianca, 28, are now under investigation as Venice police have identified the driver of the boat and plan to question him about what he saw.
A Venice police source told the DailyMail: “There are standards of public decency that must be observed by tourists and locals alike and any breaches will be severely punished.”
“The images of West with his pants down while he and his partner crossed the lagoon in a taxi were seen around the world.”
The insider continued, “You could clearly see his pants were halfway down and we’ve received complaints from people who saw it. Now we have identified the driver of the boat and we will also ask him what he saw.”
“The images clearly show the couple in a state of intimacy and if the local prosecutor decides to pursue charges we will notify the couple, most likely through the relevant embassies.”
“The crime under investigation is an offense against good morals punishable by an administrative sanction.”
Italian police plan to speak to the boater over the next few days for a full report of what he saw.
They have also asked the photographer who filmed the couple on camera to release their photos for the investigation, according to the outlet.
Venice officials have issued a number of allegations to Kanye and Bianca while in the city, including swimming in the canals, having picnics outdoors and lingering on the steps of public buildings.
Elisabetta Pesce, Councilor for Public Safety, told the DailyMail: “Without a shadow of a doubt, we saw in the couple a lack of respect for Venice, the most enchanting city in the world.”
WARNING FROM THE MAYOR
A source close to Venice Mayor Luigi Brugnaro has slammed Kanye and his wife for the “spectacle” they put on for the hundreds of tourists visiting the destination.
“We take a very bleak view of this,” they said of the singer’s behavior.
“We can only hope that when the prosecutor returns to Venice in the future, the prosecutor issues a fine and then the couple thinks long and hard about their behavior.”
PROHIBITED FROM BOATING
According to a spokesman for the boat company Venezia Turismo Motascafi, the boat operator had “completely no idea” about the incident.
The whistleblower added that the first class couple would have been “pulled out” if the driver had noticed their indecency.
“The driver had to pay attention to traffic and did not notice these obscenities.”
“If that had happened, he would have disembarked immediately and reported the violators to those responsible,” they explained.
The Venetian rental company also noted that a “third party aboard the taxi” traveling with Ye and the architect “had blocked the captain’s view of where they sat at the back of the ship.”
Regardless, the company has banned the couple from using its boat service going forward.
“We expressly distance ourselves from such actions and behavior. Certainly Mr. West and his wife will no longer be welcome aboard our company’s boats.”
sewer crime?
Last week, Kanye and his wife shocked fans when they seemingly shared an intimate moment while being chauffeured around town on a boat.
Bianca crouched on Kanye’s lap while the musician showed cameras and passers-by his bare bottom.
In Italy, acts “contrary to good morals” – including immodest dress and behavior – are punishable as a criminal offence hefty fine from $5,000 to $10,000; or up to $10,848.
