Kanye West declares ‘Skete Davidson dead at 28’ after breakup with Kim Kardashian

Nobody seems more excited that Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian have split than Kanye West.

West shared – and then turned off — an edited photo on Instagram Monday morning of the front page of The New York Times with bold text that reads simply, “Skete Davidson dead at age 28.” Friend publicly attacked his ex Kardashian almost daily via Instagram memes and music videos.

But Ye didn’t stop at Davidson: The newspaper’s fine print also poked fun at former collaborator Kid Cudi, who recently left the Rolling Loud stage mid-performance after being hit with a water bottle by “fans” in the crowd . The bottom of the front page reads, “Kid Cudi wanted to play funeral but is afraid of bottle throwers.”

Cudi filled in for West to headline Rolling Loud after the “Donda” artist dropped out at the last minute. Surprisingly, West then appeared as a special guest on Lil Durk’s set, performing his song “Father Stretch My Hands” (with Cudi).

Ye deleted the meme hours after posting it, returning his Instagram to his blank slate. According to the Daily Mail, Kardashian was upset and asked him to remove the meme, although he initially refused.

West hasn’t been that active on Instagram lately, occasionally posting and deleting about clothes dripping and his other business ventures. Meanwhile, his divorce with Kardashian drags on, with Ye losing his fifth divorce attorney, Samantha Spector, last week. She asked Friday to be removed from the case after saying her relationship with her client had broken beyond repair.
