Kim, 42, shared a picture of a smiling Saint, 7, on her Instagram Story.
The little one wore a huge gold necklace with his diamond-encrusted name on it.
He wore the gold Louis Vuitton logo on his front tooth.
Meanwhile, fans had mixed opinions about the picture.

Fans shared their thoughts on Saint’s new jewelry on a popular Kardashian internet forum.
“Is that a grill or what is that on Saint’s teeth,” asked a Reddit fan, “Also the necklace omg.”

The reality star recently took her eldest son Saint to a Los Angeles Lakers game where she struggled to control his energy.
Saint wore a basketball jersey dedicated to his aunt Khloe’s baby father, Tristan Thompson, 32, while watching him play on the court.
Meanwhile, Kim looked chic in an all-black leather ensemble.
The mother-son duo sat in the front row and seemed to bump into each other throughout the game.
In a photo taken by photographers, Saint leaned towards his mother and appeared animatedly talking as she focused on the pitch.
Next, Kim turned to her son and grabbed his face, appearing to discipline him for his actions.
Fans were also concerned after noticing that Saint appeared serious during the sporting event.
After noticing his behavior, Saint’s fans expressed their concern for Kim’s son.

Last month, Saint filmed a special message for his mom in honor of Mother’s Day.
In the clip shared by Kim to her Instagram Stories, Saint addressed his famous mom from her $60 million mansion.
“Mom, I am very grateful to you,” the boy began. “I know I’m very mean to you. I say you’re nothing to me, but you mean the world to me.”
“I love you more than anything. You are my favorite in the family. I love you even more than my sweet little brother Psalm.”
In a previous post, Kim revealed that her sister Khloe, 38, was behind the shoot – which her three other children also attended – as a gift for the special occasion.
