Karens say I shouldn’t wear a bikini on the beach at 55 – but I’m not going anywhere, so deal with it

A professional belly dancer immediately confronted Karens on the beach when she said she shouldn’t wear a bikini at her age.
She might be 55, she said, but that doesn’t mean she’s going to stop wearing a two-piece — so they’d just better get on with it.
Rena (@reeshagaia) made it very clear to her post that she had no intention of listening to her critics.
With over 13,000 likes on her TikTok, this lady has a lot of support.
Her professional life keeps her body fit, well-groomed and toned.

She’s a “professional belly dancer, instructor, choreographer and fitness enthusiast,” and the hours she dedicates to her character are evident in her video.
On a beautiful sunny day, Rena is filmed walking on a beach away from the crashing surf.
Wearing a scarlet bikini, she exuded confidence, ignoring the Karens’ shouts.
Rena made a statement that she thinks applies to many women her age: “We’re more confident in our fifties.”
“To the haters telling me to leave because I’m 55,” she captioned it post.
But she didn’t want to hide behind some beach shack because she had something to say to her critics and didn’t mince words.
“Damn, I’m not going anywhere. You can handle it,” she says with certainty.
Commentators loved her kick-butt attitude.
“I’m a 54-year-old woman and you motivate me to be more confident and beautiful,” was this fan’s opinion.
“Don’t go anywhere,” this guy begged, “Go? They have to roll out the red carpet for you. You go girl.”
“They shame 20-year-old girls. Keep your head up and be proud of everything. “You’re great,” said this viewer.
This commenter was breathless: “Holy smoke. you’re on fire.”
However, the closing commenter attempted to rationalize the Karens’ behavior: “Absolutely gorgeous. Jealously brings out the worst in the weak.”
