Perry turned heads on a scooter as she wore an oversized black fur coat, catsuit and bright blue boots in her latest post.

The pouting pop star captioned the picture “Scootin n Bootin” and linked to the social media activity Katy Perry Collections.

Perry and Brand are believed to have met in 2009 and soon embarked on a whirlwind romance, tying the knot in a small ceremony in India in 2010.

But the romance was short-lived as just 14 months later, the American singer and the British comedian divorced.

Perry even revealed that Brand brutally ended their marriage via text message on New Year’s Eve – just minutes before she took the stage.

The moment Perry received the news was captured on camera in her 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me.

In the documentary, the singer can be seen bursting into tears while dressed for the performance.

And the “California Girls” singer has since spoken out about the split, saying she was “crazy” and “feels a lot of responsibility.”

Speak with Fashion In 2013, the star said the initial romantic whirlwind was “magical,” adding that it was “hysterical.”

But she said Brand didn’t visit her on her tour at the time, adding: “When I first met him he wanted a peer, and I think strong men often want a peer, but then they get that peer” and her say: “I can’t handle equality.”

“He didn’t like the atmosphere where I was the boss on tour. It was really hurtful and very controlling, which was annoying.”

“I felt a huge responsibility for it to end.”

She then added, “But then I found out the real truth, which I can’t necessarily reveal because I keep it locked in my safe for a rainy day.”

“I let go and thought: This is not my fault, this is beyond my imagination. So I got on with it.”

It’s unclear what “truth” Katy Perry was referring to.

This comes after an explosive Times report revealed that five women have alleged that Brand sexually assaulted them at the height of his fame.

And a Channel 4 Dispatches documentary aired last night revealed that Brand allegedly attacked the victims between 2006 and 2013.

The comedian has denied all allegations.

Russell Brand’s denial in full

Hello, you awakening miracles.

Now, this isn’t the usual type of video we do on this channel where we criticize, attack and undermine the news in all its corruption, because in this story I am the news.

I have received two extremely disturbing letters – a letter and an email.

One from a mainstream media television company, one from a newspaper, listing a litany of extremely egregious and aggressive attacks as well as some pretty stupid things – for example, that my community festival should be stopped so I shouldn’t be able to follow the narratives of the Attack mainstream media on this channel.

But amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks, there are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute. These accusations relate to the time when I worked in the mainstream – when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the cinema and I was, as I have detailed in my books, very, very promiscuous

Well, during this time of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolutely always consensual. I was always transparent back then, almost too transparent. And I’m making this transparent now.

And seeing how that transparency has morphed into something criminal that I absolutely deny makes me wonder if there is another agenda at play?

Especially when we have seen coordinated media attacks before – like Joe Rogan when he dared to take a drug that the mainstream media did not approve of, and we saw a barrage of headlines from media outlets around the world, who used the same language.

I’m aware that you’ve been saying in the comments for some time, “Watch out Russell, they’re after you, you’re getting too close to the truth, Russell Brand didn’t kill himself.”

I know there was a flood of articles a year ago: “Russell Brand is a conspiracy theorist, Russell Brand’s right wing.”

I know that news media makes phone calls and sends letters to people I’ve known for ages.

It was clear to me, or at least it seems to me, that there was a serious and concerted agenda to control these types of spaces and these types of voices, and I mean my voice along with your voice.

I don’t mind them using my books and stand-up to talk about my promiscuous, consensual behavior in the past. What I seriously refute are these very, very serious criminal allegations.

It is also worth noting that there are witnesses whose statements directly contradict the narratives that these two mainstream media outlets appear to be trying to construct as part of what I believe is a coordinated attack

I don’t want to go into it because the allegations are so serious, but I feel like I’m being attacked and it’s obvious that they work very closely together.

We will of course look into this matter because it is very, very serious. In the meantime, I want you to stay close to me, stay awake, but more importantly, stay free if you can.
