Kim Kardashian congratulates sister Kourtney and Travis Barker on the baby news
While the new baby will be Kourtney and Travis’ first child together, the couple – who married in May 2022 – are also parents to a total of six children from previous relationships.
Kourtney Kardashian is expecting her first child with her husband Travis Barker – and her sister Kim couldn’t be happier!
After Kourtney announced Friday night that she is pregnant, Kim took to Instagram to congratulate her sister on the exciting news.
Commenting on Kourtney and Travis’ joint Instagram announcement, the 42-year-old reality star shared a series of emojis: “🤰🏻🥰🩶🥹🫶🏼😭.” Kim also re-shared her sister’s post on her Instagram Stories, writing: “Congratulations!!! We’re having a Kravis baby!!”
Although Kourtney’s other sisters – Khloe, Kendall and Kylie – as well as her mother Kris Jenner have yet to comment on the news, her stepdaughter has Alabama Barker posted about Kourtney’s pregnancy on her Instagram account.
Sharing the video of Kourtney and her dad on Instagram, the 17-year-old Alabama simply wrote, “Baby #7.”
On Friday night, 44-year-old Kourtney announced that she and Travis, 47, were expecting their first child together. While watching a concert by Travis’ band Blink-182, the Poosh founder held up a white sign that read, “Travis, I’m pregnant.”
Kourtney smiled and winced with excitement as she announced the news. After the crowd cheered and Travis saw the sign, the drummer left the stage and ran to Kourtney. The couple hugged and shared a kiss.
For those who don’t know, the creative way in which Kourtney announced her pregnancy was actually a tribute to the music video for Blink 182’s “All The Small Things.”

Meanwhile, Kourtney’s best friend Stephanie Shepherd was at the concert and was present for the announcement. She shared photos of the evening on Instagram, including a shot of Kourtney making the sign.
“I fell in love with the girl at the rock show,” she captioned the post.
Kourtney and Travis tied the knot in May 2022. While the new baby will be the couple’s first child together, the two are also parents to a total of six children from previous relationships.
Kourtney shares Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disickwhile Travis is also a father to Alabama and 19-year-old Landon Barker with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He also helped raise her daughter with Oscar De La Hoya, Atiana.

Kourtney and Travis have been candid about their fertility journey. At the premiere of the third season of “The Kardashians” Last month, Kourtney announced that she and her husband had done it decided to stop IVF.
“We are officially done with IVF. We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If this is a baby, then I believe it will happen,” she said.
“I had 7 frozen eggs from years ago, before Travis… everyone pushed me to do it, but most of me didn’t survive the thawing. None of them made it to an embryo. Freezing the egg cell is not a problem. “It’s not guaranteed, I think it’s a misunderstanding. People think it’s a safety net, but it’s not,” she continued. “All the things that came with IVF took a toll on me physically. My health is still affected because it’s hormones. Mentally, too, it definitely took a toll. So I think the most important thing is to just be happy and be a good parent to my kids. We accept that whatever is meant to be, will be.”
