Kim Zolciak-Biermann is back on RHOA

Kim Zolciak-Biermann has returned to Bravo.
Real Housewives of Atlanta is back for a new season and with it a beloved housewife: Kim Zolciak-Biermann.
Zolciak-Biermann, 44, made a brief cameo appearance in the new trailer E! Online March 30th. “Kim, your boobs look smaller,” RHOA co-star Shereé Whitfield tells her.
In addition to Zolciak-Biermann and Whitfield, RHOA Season 15 also stars Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Drew Sidora, Marlo Hampton, Cynthia Bailey and Sanya Richards-Ross.
Zolciak-Biermann’s return to the show isn’t the only thing “RHOA” fans can be excited about. The Season 15 trailer teased a whole season of new drama, including a cast trip to Portugal; details of the Burruss restaurant shooting; Moore hits the dating scene and Sidora’s divorce from her husband Ralph Pittman after nearly nine years of marriage.
Zolciak-Biermann was part of the original “RHOA” cast in 2008 but left the series in 2012. She briefly returned to the Bravo series as the “friend of.” the housewives‘ during Season 10 in 2017.
The Bravo star told People she was motivated by money to return to the show.
“Everything has a price. I just give it to you straight,” she told the publication in 2017. “Given the right amount of money for everything? Yes, count me in that. I enjoy working. I have six kids to support, so sure! “
In 2012, the reality star left the show that made her famous because there was too much negativity. “I was just extremely frustrated – it was really a tough season for me. I’ve had enough,” Zolciak-Biermann told People in 2017.
Since she started at “RHOA”, Zolciak-Biermann has founded two companies. In 2016 she founded Kashmere Collections, a beauty and lifestyle company, and in 2020 she launched a luxury swimsuit line called Salty K.
Zolciak-Biermann has been away from reality TV for 2 years
Zolciak-Biermann’s hiatus from reality TV and Bravo lasted two years. Although she left RHOA as the lead in 2012, she landed her own series Don’t Be Tardy in 2012.
The show followed her family life, which includes her husband, former Atlanta Falcons football player Kroy Biermann, daughters Brielle, Ariana, and the couple’s youngest children Kaia, Kane, Kash and KJ.
But “Don’t Be Tardy” was canceled in 2021 after eight seasons.
“We greatly appreciate and appreciate the support from all of our fans as we continue to grow in the entertainment industry,” the couple said in a joint statement at the time, per Deadline. “Strategic steps need to be taken in times of strong growth, but rest assured that you will be seeing the Biermann family back on your television screens very soon. Grab a glass of wine and hang in there.”
A Bravo spokesman said working with the Zlciak-Biermann family has been an “incredible” experience.
“We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to share her life and all of the touching moments with our audience,” the rep said in a statement, according to Deadline. “Although ‘Don’t Be Tardy’ won’t return for another season, the Biermanns will always be part of the Bravo family and we look forward to seeing what comes next.”
Zolciak-Biermann’s Georgia mansion will not be auctioned
The foreclosure sale of Zolciak-Biermann’s Georgia home has been called off, Entertainment Tonight wrote in February 2023, citing the law firm Brock & Scott, PLLC.
Zolciak-Biermann and her husband are with the $1.65 million loan. According to a Fulton County release, Truist Bank was scheduled to auction the home on March 7, but it was canceled and no new auction date was given, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Real Housewives of Atlanta debuts Sunday, May 7 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
