Kit Harington and Rose Leslie from Game of Thrones welcome their baby

Former Game of Thrones co-stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie have welcomed their second child.
The 36-year-old actors are “delighted to welcome a baby girl into the family,” a rep for the couple confirmed Monday People Magazine. Harington and Leslie also have a two-year-old son together.
Representatives for Harington and Leslie did not immediately respond to the Times request for comment Monday.
In February, Harington announced in “The Tonight Show” that he and Leslie had expected.
“[My son is] He’s about to have the shock of his life, which is having a brother or sister,” the Extrapolations actor told Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon.
“I’m terrified. … With the first baby it’s like walking on clouds and dancing through fields of daisies for nine months – the man anyway. But this time … the reality check is much shorter. You get practical very quickly.”
Harington added that he wasn’t sure his son had “completely understood conceptually” about the pregnancy.
“We’re trying to prepare him for that,” he told Fallon. “We point to Rose’s tummy and say, ‘Mom’s baby. Mama’s baby.’ And he points to his stomach and says, ‘My baby.’”
Harington and Leslie married in June 2018 after working together on Game of Thrones. They portrayed lovers Jon Snow and Ygritte on the hit HBO series, which ran from 2011 to 2019.
Last summer, the Hollywood Reporter announced that Harington would reprise his hero role as Jon Snow in an upcoming Game of Thrones sequel. When Fallon asked him about the spin-off rumors in February, the Emmy nominee declined to “did anything.”
“Walking down the street I get recognized a little less these days and it kind of hurts my ego. I’m about to put on some furs,” Harington joked on The Tonight Show.
“I keep a tally in my head of how few photos I’m asked for in a day, and if it falls below a certain number, I think I’ll do the spinoff.”
