Kourtney Kardashian is supporting her new husband Travis Scott who was hospitalized this week with pancreatitis.
“When he was taken to the hospital, she was very scared,” a source told HollywoodLife. “Kourtney is a very strong woman, but that really hit her. She knew she had to be strong for Travis,” the insider added. “She told him she wouldn’t leave his side and she didn’t.”
According to the Mayo Clinic, pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas. The pancreas is a long, flat gland that sits behind the stomach in the upper abdomen.
In 2018, the drummer was hospitalized with blood clots in both arms. He also had a staph infection and cellulitis but recovered and appears to have had no problems since.
Weeks ago, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker officially tied the knot in Europe. They were first legally married in Santa Barbara.
“They had to get legally married first before their big Italian wedding, which is taking place very soon,” a source told PEOPLE. “All the details are set and the whole family, including all the children, is very excited.”
