Krispy Kreme is giving away FREE doughnuts this weekend – how to get them

KRISPY Kreme is giving away free donuts this weekend but you’ll have to be quick.
This is part of the chain’s plan to supply up to 225,000 sweet gifts this summer when England compete in the World Cup.
Sweets fans can buy an original glazed share pack, which usually sells for £15, and a free drink this Saturday when the women’s team face Colombia in the quarter-finals.
Customers simply present their Rewards app in the store – but only the first 20 people to do so will receive the free gift.
The Rewards Program earns you a “Smile” every time you make a purchase. You earn 10 smiles for every £1 spent.
Once you’ve earned enough, you can redeem your rewards at Krispy Kreme stores and online.
You can download the loyalty program to any smartphone through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Shoppers also won’t be able to get free merchandise in supermarkets like Tesco and Asda, nor through delivery.
If England reach the semi-finals, Krispy Kreme will increase the offer to 40 free donuts and drinks, then 50 in the final.
It comes after Krispy Kreme urgently recalled a product from its summer line after failing to mention peanuts on the label.
The packaging error only affected four packages of White Chocolate and Raspberry Summer donuts.
It led to food safety watchdogs warning the product posed a “possible health risk to anyone with a peanut allergy”.
Plus, a discount hunter has revealed how you can snag four free donuts from the retail store – and all you need is an easter egg.
In other news, Wilko plunged into management, putting 12,000 jobs and 400 stores at risk.
Meanwhile, Walkers has revealed two new crisps flavors.
Plus, Aldi shoppers are flocking to a £7 Jo Malone perfume for £111 less.
Krispy Kreme was founded in the United States in 1937 by Vernon Rudolph.
It opened its first UK store in 2003 and currently operates 120 locations and has 1,100 in-store cabinets across several retail partners.
