And many of her friends wished her a happy birthday, with Woods sharing Sky Sports producer Hayley Sloane’s post of the couple enjoying drinks by the pool.

The snap was taken at a hen party – the sports presenter wore a black bikini and was enjoying the sun.

Hours after her birthday ended, Woods tweeted how emotional it was not waking up to host a Monday show on talkSPORT.

She said: “Apart from last Monday, this is the first time I’ve not set the alarm too early. And I just wanted to say I’m really missing the 6 o’clock club this week.”

“Lots of love, lots of love ❤️ @talksport ❤️.”

Woods announced she was leaving talkSPORT on June 14.

Of her decision to walk away, she said, “All of you, our listeners, have given me so much comfort and gotten me through some of my most difficult moments without even realizing it.”

“I wanted to thank you personally for that. I will miss it very much. Even the Spurs fans.”

“I’ve been listening to talkSPORT for what feels like an eternity.

“For six years it has been my home where we can talk about sports in the morning.

“There is nothing better. I know I’ll never find a job like that. It’s unique.”

“Three years hosting this great breakfast show, three sets of silverware for the trophy cabinet and listening numbers to records.

“I am very proud of what we have achieved here. One thing is for sure: I will always be part of this family at talkSPORT.”

“Right now there is no alarm at 3am which is just wonderful! I will come back whenever I can, I adore you all.”

It’s widely believed that Woods will take over from Jake Humphrey at TNT Sports after stepping down from his role as the main presenter at BT Sport.
