The mother smiled as she spoke on the phone during her walk.
It comes shortly after it was revealed Lauren was tipped off to make an iconic return to Towie.
Earlier this year, the mother-of-one announced a second appearance on the show.
Lauren appeared in the very first series of the ITVBe program in 2010 and lasted six seasons before retiring in 2012.
Now, 29-year-old OG Towie actor Harry Derbidge has fueled speculation by confirming there have been “talks”.
He said MailOnline: “If I could make someone come back, I think Lauren Goodger.
“Maybe she was in talks at one point, but it was definitely uncertain.
“I would be happy if Lauren comes back. I feel like she is now in a new chapter in her life.”
