Lily-Rose Depp and 070 Shake: A Relationship Timeline
Lily-Rose Depp, daughter of Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp and French pop star Vanessa Paradis, has reportedly been dating musician 070 Shake née Danielle Balbuena (aka Dani Moon) since January this year.
The HBO series The Idol star was previously linked to her The King co-star Timothée Chalamet – after the film premiered at the 2019 Venice Film Festival, they were caught on a boat in Capri , Italy, got hot and hot. The couple split in April 2020, but Chalamet recounted later that year GQ“I went to bed that night [on the boat] I think that was one of the best days of my life.” He said Depp was someone he “really loved.”
Depp was rumored to be dating “Elvis” star Austin Butler at the time, whom she spotted kissing after a date night in London in August 2021. (That was months before Butler and Kaia Gerber became a couple.)
In late 2021, French rapper Yassine Stein caught Depp’s attention and the two were spotted frequently together over the next year. They were last photographed together while walking around New York City holding hands in September 2022.
Then sometime between late 2022 and January 2023, Depp, 24, fell in love with the “Honey” rapper, 26, whom she recently mentioned as the love of her life. And although Depp has been caught making out with various love interests in recent years, she insists privacy is important to her.
“I think the value of privacy was instilled in me from a young age,” she said during an appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show” in April 2021.
“Growing up in a family like me…I always learned the importance of privacy, the importance of valuing it, and the importance of keeping things to yourself,” she explained.
“And that’s something that I’ve carried on in my own career and that’s really important to me.”

After an anniversary post Depp shared this via a now-defunct Instagram Story, as the “Idol” star and 070 Shake became an official item.
5. March
The couple sparked dating rumors during Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2023, which began on February 27. Through March 5, Twitter account @thepoptingz reported that Depp and 070 Shake were dating, and posted a photo of the two getting cozy for a mirror selfie, wearing motorcycle jackets and matching driving gloves.
May 11th
Lily-Rose Depp confirmed her relationship with the Guilty Conscience hitmaker in a now-defunct Instagram Story. “4 MONTHS W MY CRUSH,” Depp wrote alongside a photo of the two snogging and hugging.
Then the next day, 070 Shake shared a tender moment on social media, posting a close-up of the duo’s faces.
May 26
Depp and 070 Shake are sighted passionate smooching at Los Angeles International Airport after arriving back in the US after attending the Cannes Film Festival in France. Cannes hosted a gala premiere of rumor-plagued HBO series The Idol, which starred Depp and The Weeknd.
14th June
Depp celebrated 070 Shake’s birthday in a now-expired Instagram Story, posting a loving tribute calls her friend the “love of my life”.
Wednesday
The couple was seen along the way for a midweek date at Giorgio Baldi Italian restaurant in Santa Monica.
