LisaRaye found out about Nurse Da Brat’s pregnancy online!!

Da Brat’s sister, LisaRaye McCoy, says she found out about Da Brat’s pregnancy online … at the same time as the rest of us.

This week, Da Brat announced that she is pregnant with her and wife, Jesseca DuPart’s first child.

LisaRaye says Da Brat didn’t tell her before the big reveal.

“I know you’re grown up, but damn it. I want to admire your happiness because that’s what it’s all about,” she said on the It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper podcast.

LisaRaye says she “kinda feels” her sister hasn’t reached out to her before.

“I saw the revelation that they were expecting and expanding their family and I didn’t know anything about it either. I realize that as people grow up…even in this situation, if you find a partner, you should find a good thing and stick with that partner. I get that. But it’s also supposed to be a bonus. It’s supposed to be an add-on, not a deduction.”

Da Brat is in her second trimester of pregnancy. Should she have told her sister first?
