Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp ’12 out of 10′ frustrated after Fulham draw

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said he was “12 out of 10” frustrated and at a loss to explain his side’s poor performance in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Fulham.
Last season’s Premier League runners-up needed a debut goal from substitute Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah’s strike in the 80th minute to come up twice from behind and equalize Aleksandar Mitrovic’s brace at Craven Cottage.

Although Liverpool salvaged a draw and had chances to win the game, they fell well short of the impressive form that was enough to beat champions Manchester City 3-1 in the Community Shield.
When asked how frustrated he was with the performance gap, Klopp said: “You want to know it on a scale of one to 10? 12. Very, very, because the performance was a defeat. So we have to find out.”
“The results are of course very important for us. I would like to get three points but I would have preferred to play really well to be honest. We didn’t do that.”
“It’s my responsibility to find out why we played a surprisingly good game last Saturday for the moment we were in preseason and seven days later we look like we’re completely upside down. That makes no sense. I’m talking to you now, but I’m really just thinking about it.”
