LL Cool J’s alleged ‘hidden’ son breaks his silence

A musician named Love Benji has made a shocking public claim… that he’s LL Cool J’s biological son and that he’s been hidden from the public for years.

“It takes a lot of courage for me to be able to talk about it now at the age I am. They let me sign the papers, you know, they didn’t want it to go public. This is probably around Covid. They wanted to shut me up [but] since my mother really told me the truth. I feel like it should be public; now i just have to get rid of it. I want to thank you too man,” he said on Instagram.

He claims that even though the rapper allegedly knew he was his son, he blocked him on social media and wanted nothing to do with him.

He continued: “James Todd Smith: That’s how I know him, Father, great man. But many of you probably know him as LL COOL J. He banned me from all social media. I tried to make trips to see him… and his beautiful wife, siblings, brothers and sisters. I never knew why I wanted to make music, why I wanted to be an actor, why I wanted to do these things. As it turns out, my dad is LL COOL J…I’m blessed.”

Love Benji also claims the rapper would send him money…but not enough to live a lavish life…barely enough to cover basic necessities.

“I’m grateful he sends me maybe $200 a month every now and then, but it’s not about the money. He blessed me with the charm, the ladies, the charisma. I really didn’t want to bring it up here and have it blasted off the blogs or anything… I haven’t heard much from him since he blocked my number. I have a feeling that this is how I will reach him. This is my truth. let me know dad Keep calm… Blessed.”

LL Cool J has denied the claims. In a statement to HHDX, he said: “The claim made in this video is false. It looks like the creator made a skit and joked about it, and we can confirm that the claim is zero truth.”

In the comments, fans debated whether he was joking or not because he looks a lot like the famous rapper.
