Love & Hip Hop star Karli Redd is going viral today after going live yesterday and showing off her new face – which is quite shocking.

Media Take Out learned that Karli joined IG Live yesterday after learning that one of her new songs had hit the Billboard charts. Karli was extremely happy and emotional at times during the live stream.

But fans cared less about what the reality star/singer was saying – and were horrified by HOW she looked. Here’s a screenshot of Karli’s face during the live stream.

Karli’s cheeks were large and protruded from her face. Her lips were also huge and appeared to be swollen. And the former beauty’s forehead was frozen – without even a hint of expression.

In contrast, Karli used to look before she had to undergo all the surgeries:

As screenshots of Karli’s new face began circulating online, Media Take Out confirmed that the love & hip hop star was taking to social media – to do damage control.

Karli told fans she did NOT have facial surgery. According to the reality star, she’d had lip injections, but that’s it. Media Take Out learned that Karli claims that all other changes to her face are just a result of “make-up.”
