Love Island fans are convinced the couple will split after being sent on a ‘fucking last date’ that broke up four other couples

LOVE Island fans have predicted heartbreak for show favorite Whitney after she was sent on a “fucking last date” with Lochan.
Whitney and Lochan landed the epic boat date that had been on previous series, but it was bigger and better than ever.
Their ship featured a whirlpool on the upper deck and cushioned seats where they enjoyed sumptuous appetizers and glasses of champagne.
But fans say the couple – who hooked up just two weeks ago at Casa Amor – are now heading towards a split regardless of whether they win the 2023 series.
One said: “Everybody’s glad Whitney got the yacht date but isn’t that usually the damn date?”
A second tweeted: “Yacht dates are cursed, everyone who went on a date broke up quickly. Whitney and Lochan won’t last.”
And a third said: “Usually the boat date is cursed but Whitney said that’s her dream date so we have to let it happen.”
There is a worrying trend emerging as the couples make it to the finals.
In the British series, four couples were already seen on an idyllic boat trip – but shortly afterwards they all separated.
Most recently, fans saw Adam Collard and Paige Thorne, as well as Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish Get out on the water.
And although Amber and Greg were invited to the romantic boat trip and won the show, it was all over for the couple weeks later.
Olivia Attwood and Chris Hughes were the “lucky ones” of season three in 2017.
After their outing on the water, the pair finished in third place and it seemed like they’d hold out outside.
However, less than a year after meeting at the villa, Olivia and Chris confirmed their split.
Meanwhile, Whitney and Lochan now face the ax after being voted the least compatible in the mansion.
Mitch and Ella B are also in danger of going home, and a couple is sent away on Sunday night’s penultimate episode of the summer 2023 series.
The news was shared with viewers at the end of Friday’s episode, before narrator Iain Stirling revealed Love Island’s phone lines were open to the public to vote to save one of the couples.
The couple with the fewest public votes will be kicked out of the villa and their exit will be announced in Sunday’s episode.

Although Whitney and Lochan received a vote from their co-stars, they are actually the favorites to win the show in the eyes of viewers.
The series ends on Monday night at 9pm on ITV2.
