Love Island fans dub Islanders a ‘walking red flag’ after bitter argument began in Challenge

LOVE Island viewers rally online to highlight an islander’s ‘red flag’ behavior.
The ITV2 dating show has been back on viewers’ screens for just over two weeks and has not disappointed.
Hosted by Maya Jama, “Love Island” premiered on June 5 with a new mansion full of hopeful romantics looking for love.
However, contestant Sammy Root, who worked with Jess Harding, got viewers talking.
The couple had a falling out that lasted a few days after Sammy flirted with Leah Taylor, a new addition to the villa, following the re-announcement. Things got even worse when Leah apparently welcomed Mitchel Taylor’s forays into recoupling.
During their heated conversations, fans began questioning Sammy’s behavior.
A concerned viewer tweeted, “Sammy is literally a walking red flag.”
A second echoed: “That Sammy guy is a walking red flag indeed.”
After a red flag emoji, one viewer commented, “Sammy is such a red flag.”
Fans rallied online and all said the same thing: one viewer said, “Sammy is a red flag now,” another added, “Sammy playing the victim is a big red flag.”
A teaser trailer released ahead of tonight’s episode revealed that all was not taken.
Maya suggested the contestants’ brunch dates and, firstly, asked if everything was okay, to which Jess replied, “Not really,” and secondly, she suggested the couples vote for the two couples they felt were the least compatible were.
During his brief time with Leah, Sammy also irked some viewers when he reunited with Jess, saying, “We made each other laugh. We’ve had a little test the last few days, but it kind of made me realize we’re talking.” To other people, they’re not them.
He later said Leah was upset just because he didn’t “choose” her.
During tonight’s episode, the two were at each other’s throats again, with one viewer commenting, “Is this whole episode just an argument between Sammy and Jess in different areas of the mansion?”
Another added: “Sammy and Jess need to break up I’m sick of hearing their constant bickering.”
Love Island airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
