The 32-year-old television personality wore black shorts and a crop top as she headed for a post-workout snack in Loughton, Essex.

Last month, Maura was left devastated when a masked gang ripped down the gates of the complex where she lives and tried to get away in several vehicles.
Since then, she has tightened security at the posh house.
Those close to the reality TV personality said she was “shattered”.
Police were called in the early hours of the morning after the gang rattled and shoved the large metal gate open.
A source said: “Maura was devastated.
“Neighbors filmed everything on CCTV and it was terrifying to see three masked men bursting through the gates trying to break into cars.
“Maura has lived in her gated community for three years and says she no longer feels safe.
“There are a number of high profile names in this complex and in this area.
“It’s worrying for everyone, including Maura.
“The complex has a real sense of community, everyone supports each other and CCTV was shared.
“Maura increases the security of her car and her home.”
