One person he has fallen out with since returning to the UK is Kady, 27, and the two have been locked in an ongoing argument.
At Bambino Becky’s latest podcast The boy from the north spoke openly about the reality star’s “secret boyfriend”.
Kady’s time at the villa was plagued by reports that there was a “man waiting for her” outside, after The Sun exclusively revealed Kady was dating 30-year-old Londoner Liam Greer.
Mitch said of their relationship, “Kady was picked up from the airport by her boyfriend.”
It’s not the first time the gas engineer has spoken out about her secret husband.
Earlier this month, Kady was forced to fight back after overhearing comments he made on a podcast.
Kady released a statement after hearing her former co-star Mitchel Taylor’s comments on a recent podcast.
He brutally hit back at Kady for branding him and Ella Barnes “wrong.”
Mitch said, “You’re calling me and Ella B wrong … you came in with a friend.”
“You still have a boyfriend to this day and the other girls told me I won’t name names because I’ll just take it all — you had your boyfriend’s bracelet on.”
“Your boyfriend was at your house when you were there. You call me wrong.”
Kady replied in a statement today: “The narrative that I had a boyfriend at the Love Island mansion is categorically FALSE.”
“My mother stayed with me while I was at the villa to take care of my dog and my house.”
It comes just days after Mitch confirmed there was no end in sight to his explosive feud with Kady.

When asked, “Who is most likely to unfollow another islander?” he explained, “Kady unfollowed me today.”
When his partner Ella burst out laughing, he sarcastically claimed, “I wonder why?”
He turned to his partner and asked her opinion on the matter while she giggled, “I have to agree.”
“I was at an interview yesterday and I just stood up for all the podcasts that Kady did and talked about me and obviously Ella as fake, my friends too so I got my revenge,” Mitch explained.
“Kady didn’t like that, so she stopped following me, and obviously I stopped following her.”
