Baker really seemed hesitant as he thought about it. “I have rings on age, it’s going to hurt,” he finally told the fan. “I don’t know. It’s a defeat for me, I don’t know if I’ll do it. I will think about it.”
The video then jumps to Baker performing “My Ex’s Best Friend” to the crowd in front of the audience later in the show – he had lost his shirt in the meantime. The man with the sign could be seen in the picture.
Baker held the sign up for the camera and then punched the man in the face, but only very lightly. It was enough for the fan to give him a double thumbs up when Baker turned and replied, “I love you.”

“Making dreams come true,” Baker captioned his video, which has garnered more than 300,000 likes, including from Tommy Lee, who certainly knows the wild rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle.
Fan reactions were overall mixed, with lots of laughing emojis and people commenting on how he made this fan’s day. But there were others who didn’t like things getting physical, no matter how the fan requested it.
“You just attacked your brother on camera,” one fan wrote. “It doesn’t matter if someone asks you.” Another wrote, “Bro Bouta files a life-changing lawsuit.”
The fan – or at least a fan claiming to be the one in the video – whose name is Marcos Cid de la Paz also shared the moment with himself Instagram. He definitely seems happy about the whole thing, captioning a photo of the moment: “The only jawbreaker. Thank you for slapping me in the face.”
He even made the slap his profile picture.
