Man reveals very clever trick to getting ‘business class seats for less than economy’ and it won’t cost you anything

A TRAVELER has shown the smart way to pack business class airplane seats for less than economy – and it won’t cost you a penny.
British photojournalist Cameron Stewart tried to book flights from Santiago to Easter Island.

However, when he used the website of LATAM, a Latin American airline, he found that he could get cheaper seats if he used the website in the local language.
On Instagram, he wrote: “Travel hack! Sometimes it pays to learn a language.
“I was playing around with the LATAM website months ago and found that when I changed the language from English to Spanish the business class bed seats became cheaper than economy.
“I used Google Translate to book my tickets – and here we are about to board a six-hour flight with a bed at a cheaper price than economy class.”
Cameron continued: “Always check flight websites in multiple languages to get the best deal.
“Sometimes prices differ dramatically depending on which language you book in.”
He added that by clearing his cookies and using a VPN it made it look like he was in Chile, hence the different price.
Though he didn’t reveal the full price, he shared his trip on Instagram, showing off his sleek seats with plenty of legroom and free alcohol.
People loved the tip, and one user commented, “Thanks for the tip. Never thought about doing that!”
Another agreed, simply writing, “Mind blown.”
This is not the only reason why your flights can become more expensive.
A Which? Research has found that some airlines charge passengers more if they use their own “dynamic currency conversions” option when booking online.
In this case, the flight is displayed in the local currency – e.g. E.g. euros when booking a flight from Spain to the UK – but switched back to pounds at checkout.
When The Sun checked prices online, we found that under Ryanair’s exchange rate, travelers could end up paying up to £46 more for their flights.
If you want better seats, according to one etiquette expert, there’s a way to charm the flight crew.
