Rio Ferdinand has raved about Arsenal attacking midfielder Martin Odegaard Twitter while watching him in action against Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday night.
The former Manchester United defender was very impressed by a skill displayed by Odegaard in the 20th minute of the Brighton vs Arsenal game.
The Norway international performed a superb trick with the ball in the Brighton penalty area to slip through his Arsenal team-mate, Brazil international Gabriel Martinelli, on goal.
However, Martinelli’s low ball in front of goal was cleared.
